Join us in Shadow for a Decade Dinner that traces the flavours that shaped our kitchen and hints at what comes next.
Settle in for an evening layered with warmth and indulgence. Six courses, each a nod to the producers, seasons and stories that have shaped us. Think kingfish crudo with shiraz caviar, A9+ wagyu with café de Paris butter, and a quietly decadent finale of pear tarte tatin and L’Amuse gouda with muscatels and honeycomb.
At 8pm, we raise a glass and reveal a new chapter of Shadow and a nod to what’s next.

Saturday finds its soundtrack at Shadow. Live jazz drifting through as late morning slides into afternoon.
A curated brunch menu takes centre stage, savoury to sweet, with cocktails made for daylight lingering.
