A curated brunch menu takes centre stage, savoury to sweet, with cocktails made for daylight lingering.

Sweet spot of the day: Swing by between 3 pm and 6 pm and settle in for polpette, Italian pork and beef meatballs in house-made sugo.

Let it grow into a graze with the Shadow charcuterie stacked with truffle salami, two cheeses, olives, caponata and seeded crackers.

In the glass, think spiced Vin Brulé with Refosco, a silky Tripe Iscariot “Marrow” 2018 Syrah, or a stirred finish with a Black Manhattan or Italian Old Fashioned.
